Very clean and modern. The room did NOT have a bad smell or must smell that so many hotels have. It was very clean.

The room met our needs, we did not have Breakfast in the Hotel except my wife purchase a coffee in the restaurant down stair. The bed was firm and clean and the bed sheets and pillows we clean. Since we only stayed two(2) nights we did not need sheets exchange, but the maid provide an exchange of the towels we used. As to the view it was overlooking the parking lot, but that was not issue since we did not stay in the room except to sleep. All the staff were in uniform and helpful during our stay.

Professional, helpful, friendly staff (wonderful check-in with Sherry and very helpful front desk ongoing support). Very clean room (thanks Emily), comfy beds. Ate in restaurant once...excellent comfort food, very reasonably priced, great service. A very nice, comfortable stay...thank you!

The hotel price per night has gone up significantly...which surprised us....the room was facing a brick wall , which was disappointing....We have stayed at the hotel many times in the past and it has been wonderful....the rooms are always very clean and the breakfast very good..The Restaurant staff were excellent and the meals quite good...thank you

Pleasant place to stay with friendly staff. We took time chatting with one receptionist while we were waiting for my husband. I appreciated it. The hotel is family friendly and serves Good breakfast 😋

the room is very quiet and bed is comfortable. Compared the one I liked in Kingston, I like this hotel. And would recommend it to others.

Extremely pleasant and welcoming place. The staff is very kind, friendly and always available. The rooms are comfortable and spacious If you stay there, don't forget to try the Café 1274 restaurant which serves delicious breakfasts and dinners accompanied by good beers. The chef and staff are very friendly!

The front desk lady ((sorry cannot remember her name) was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. I travelled to Ottawa as my mother (90 years old) was about to pass away - needless to say I was t in the best frame of mind - she helped to make my first day in Ottawa as stress free as she could. Will be ever thankful for her kindness

Friendly staff, clean, large comfortable rooms, plenty of parking, kindly accommodated us with a kettle when we asked for one. Public transport available just outside.
